These terms apply to your use of the mobile game Orbit Defense ("the game"), made by The Beer Doctor ("I", "me"). By downloading or playing the game you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game. Contact: thebeerdoctorgames@gmail.com.

1. Your licence

I grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the game, except where the law allows it.

2. Fair play

Please don't cheat, hack, modify the game or its save files, exploit bugs, or manipulate leaderboards. I may remove scores or restrict features for players who do.

3. Virtual items and coins

• Coins, upgrades, skins, the Season Pass and other virtual items are a limited licence to use content inside the game. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, transferred or sold.
• Prices are shown in the store before you buy. Purchases are processed by Google Play (or the Apple App Store) under their terms.
• Digital content is delivered immediately after purchase. Where the law allows it, by completing the purchase you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the content has been delivered. This does not affect refunds under the store's refund policy or your statutory rights as a consumer.
• Premium and the Starter Pack are restored on reinstall via Restore Purchases. Consumable items (coins, Season Pass) are used when delivered and cannot be restored if your save data is lost, unless you use Google Play Games cloud save.

4. Ads

The free version offers optional rewarded video ads provided by Google AdMob. Rewards are given only when an ad is watched to the end. Ad availability can vary. See the Privacy Policy for how ad data is handled.

5. Changes to the game

I work on the game in my free time and may update, change, balance or discontinue features, levels, items or prices at any time. I'll try to be fair to players who have paid for items.

6. Disclaimer

The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, I don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that saves will never be lost.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or loss of profits. My total liability is limited to the amount you paid for in-game purchases in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims there.

9. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. The current version is always on this page; if you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
